Denim Is Everything will be attending at Bread and Butter 2008 January showing new collection, dropping in to their most recent past.
For Spring Summer 2008, D.I.E continues to draw inspiration from that which it knows best: doing what we want because it feels right. The aesthetic of the collection is reminiscent of a time when the sound of four wheels on concrete was more frequent than the ring of a mobile phone. With D.I.E’s heritage steeped in 80’s skateboarding, b-movies, comic books. The collection is uncompromising with bold hand-rendered prints and dry lightweight cottons creating a visual impact, which is subtly underpinned with twisted, classic shapes transcending trends, designed to stand the test of time. D.I.E is for the individual, with the garments created with this philosophy and aesthetic in mind. Quality pieces, which will become classics of the future, in the same way we still wear pieces we bought in our not-so-recent past. D.I.E is independent and homegrown.
