DIPA and FEJU welcomed more than 11,000 professional buyers
The two international contests will share dates again in 2007
A total of 11,151 buyers visited DIPA and FEJU, where the new features and trends of the toy and stationery sectors were showcased. 340 of the total buyers came from abroad, from countries like Portugal, Italy, France, Andorra and Holland. The joint offer of these two industrial sectors makes it a very interesting and profitable visit for buyers and professionals of the sector. This is the reason why both fairs will share dates once again in 2007, from February 15th to 18th. The president of FEJU, Jose Maria Castellano, confirmed that the main buyers from the sector attended the fair and considered that the contacts made in the Fair mean between 60% and 70% of their annual business. During the 45th edition of the International Toy, Hobby and Carnival Fair certificates were given to the Toys Distributors. El Corte Inglés, Toys R US and ANCOJ (Asociación Nacional de Centrales de Compra de Juguetes) were the three groups that were awarded with this honour for their support to the fair from its very beginning. The fair has fulfilled all the commercial expectations. Regarding the International Stationery and Office Equipment Fair, Iñaki Espinosa, president of the Organizing Committee, explained that professionals that visited DIPA found a wide range of new features and products that fulfilled all commercial expectations. The good results achieved by exhibitors is due to the logistical organization of the Fair which has been perfect. It is also important to remark that the rest of agents involved in activities related to the Fair, as hotels, restaurants and leisure activities of the city of Valencia, have accompanied and completed the success of a Fair that will be organized again next year in Feria de Valencia.
