Iberflora and Eurobrico registered over 30,000 trade visitors

The Iberflora and Eurobrico international trade fairs, held concurrently at Feria Valencia from 18th to 20th October, registered over 30,000 trade visitors. Holding the two events at the same time brought in a total of 800 direct exhibitors and the biggest commercial product offer of plants and flowers, horticultural technology, fruits and vegetables, gardening and DIY.

According to Esteban Cuesta, director of Iberflora: “the fair is now generally recognised as Europe’s leading commercial event for its market.” The satisfaction of exhibitors can be readily seen in the “customer loyalty rate at Iberflora, with 80% of companies expressing their intention to come back again for the next event.”
In turn, Daniel Marco, director of Eurobrico, underscored the role played by the DIY Professional Show as a meeting point for its sector, and at the same time highlighted the positive development of this event which, notwithstanding its relative youth, continues growing steadily.
The increase in the number of foreign buyers, 26% more than in the last edition, confirms the pulling power of both Iberflora and Eurobrico on international markets, as well as their profile as business fairs.
Together with buyers from usual European markets such as Germany, Belgium, France, Holland, Great Britain, Italy and Portugal, this year we also saw a noteworthy influx of professionals from Latin America. The Al-Invest Forum for DIY and Gardening, with its schedule of meetings organised between European and Latin-American producers, was a strong incentive for the attendance of buyers from Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Granada, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Uruguay and Venezuela.
