Madrid International Furniture Fair 2007

For its next edition, the Madrid International Furniture Exhibition proposes a selection of the best companies, both from Spain and abroad, participating in a sophisticated atmosphere and an unbeatable setting: IFEMA, Feria de Madrid.

Madrid will become the furniture and business capital, whilst also offering visitors the best range of hotel and transport options, not to mention leisure and cultural opportunities.

The Madrid International Furniture Exhibition once again aims to present an excellent forum in order to cater for the growing needs of the leading members of the industry. This sector is undoubtedly one of the most important in the Spanish economy.

During a period characterised by change, the twenty-third edition of the fair will highlight the remarkable capacity of the exhibiting companies to move with the times, adapting their products to consumer requirements with a number of especially creative designs, based on innovation and quality. A combination of these factors has made the fair an exceptional showcase for an enormous collection of new collections, aimed at boosting sales and reflecting the dynamic and buoyant nature of an industry that has always been characterised by a high degree of competitiveness.

In 2006 the fair brought together the products and services of 783 companies that occupied more than 65,000 m2 and attracted some 50,670 visiting professionals. Built on the foundation of an increasingly effective Foreign Buyers Programme, we might also highlight the more than 8% increase in the attendance of buyers from abroad, featuring some highly favourable trade results.
