Claude Montana creates a “Passion Victim”
You can take a bite out of Claude Montana’s latest creation. The fashion designer has drawn his inspiration from the bottle of his “Parfum d’Elle” perfume, released in 1984, to create the Passion Victim cake, a sweet treat with clean layers combining mousse and white chocolate, crunchy coconut pralines and passion fruit jelly
Baked up by Laurent Delarbre and his pastry chef Guillaume Caron, this “visual and gustatory emotion” can be tasted for a limited time at the famous Café de la Paix, under the auspices of Paris, Capitale de la Création, which brings together 21 professional trade shows for fashion and the home. Agatha Ruiz de la Prada, Stanislassia Klein, Chantal Thomass, Agnès b., Paco Rabanne and Gaspard Yurkievich created previous Fashion Pastries. From September 17, 2007 to January 13, 2008
