Reed Exhibitions rebrands its Personal Care and Homecare portfolio
Reed Exhibitions today announced that it is rebranding its recently acquired portfolio of Personal Care and Homecare Ingredients shows under the in-cosmetics banner.
Bringing together in excess of 1,000 exhibitors and 15,000 visitors over 14,000 m² of exhibition space, the rebranded in-cosmetics Group encompasses market-leading exhibitions and conferences across Europe and Asia.
CHi, PCHi and PCIA, which were bought from Step Exhibitions in August 2007, will now fall in line with in-cosmetics, Reed Exhibitions’ flagship event. The leading global business platform for personal care ingredients, in-cosmetics will be taking place in Paris from 17 to 19 April 2007.
The first show to be rolled out under the new banner is in-cosmetics Eastern Europe. Formerly known as CHi, the event will be held in Moscow (Crocus Expo Hall) on 25 & 26 October 2007 in co-location with InterCHARM.
Following the success of PCHi in India in October 2006, Reed Exhibitions will be returning to Mumbai. Staged at the Bandra Kurla Complex on 20 & 21 November, the show has now been renamed in-cosmetics India.
Reed’s forthcoming PCIA event (to be held in Guangzhou, China from 13 to 15 March) will be renamed in-cosmetics Asia when it moves to Thailand in the Autumn of next year (BITEC Bangkok, 4 to 6 November 2008).

The PCHi brand will return to China where it was first launched in 2005 and will become an annual event within China only. It will be managed by Reed Sinopharm Exhibitions but with brand management and international sales support from Reed Exhibitions UK.
